Storagebox: deprecate hetzner_user, deprecate compatibility shim return values

SUMMARY

Subset of #173 that doesn't remove the old code.

As long as #173 (comment) is unclear removing the old code is a breaking change. (Once the old API is offline this can be removed in a minor release.)

The deprecated return values will only trigger a deprecation message with ansible-core 2.19+ and when using hetzner_token.
