Add detailed documentation analysis identifying critical issues and opportunities for improvement in the Ansible documentation structure.

New documents:

  • DOCUMENTATION_ANALYSIS.md: Detailed analysis of current documentation structure, identifying 9 critical problems and 15+ improvement opportunities with prioritization and implementation estimates

  • DOCUMENTATION_GUIDE.md: Complete navigation guide for users at all levels (beginners to developers), with learning paths, directory structure explanation, and quick start guides

  • IMPROVEMENT_ROADMAP.md: 6-month roadmap with 4 phases and 12 sprints, including specific tasks, deliverables, metrics, and risk management

  • STUB_FILES_INVENTORY.md: Complete inventory of 54 stub/redirect files in user_guide/ with detailed removal plan and validation checklist

Changes:

  • README.md: Added links to new documentation resources and clear explanation of documentation structure with deprecated sections

Key findings:

  • 25+ stub files in user_guide/ need removal
  • Two competing structures (deprecated user_guide vs new guides)
  • Windows documentation fragmented across 3+ locations
  • Collections documentation needs consolidation
  • Installation guide needs significant expansion

Improvement priorities:

  1. CRITICAL: Remove stubs and consolidate user_guide
  2. HIGH: Reorganize Windows docs, split large files, expand installation
  3. MEDIUM: Create learning paths, integrate network docs, expand FAQ
  4. LOW: Archive old porting guides, add new content formats

This analysis forms the foundation for systematic documentation improvements over the next 6 months, focusing on user experience, navigation clarity, and content completeness.
