"Now Playing" Album Art

• Include the album-artist fallback change from v0.2.2 (I missed this element)
• Bugfix - when the now playing page entered an error state for album art (missing, etc), it wouldn't change back to a non-error state when the song changed.

Other additions

• Include a new "missing art" asset for spots where album art is unavailable.

Bugfix

Album art - the code for finding an APIC frame in an ID3v2 tag didn't account for possible zero-padding at the end of the tag region. MP3 files which don't have an APIC and use padding would cause unexpected behaviors and panics, as the code was expecting an ID3 frame where there was none.
