"Now Playing" Album Art
- Include the album-artist fallback change from v0.2.2 (I missed this element)
- Bugfix - when the now playing page entered an error state for album art (missing, etc), it wouldn't change back to a non-error state when the song changed.
Other additions
- Include a new "missing art" asset for spots where album art is unavailable.
