Duplicates #181

The e2e tests run in CI rely on a repo secret, which is causing that step to fail in the original PR. For the sake of convenience, I've duplicated it here so that CI can pass. Will follow up with a long term solution to this issue.

Thanks @jacksonhardaker @mattklein123 for moving this forward 👍 I've rebased the original branch mv-expo-dep from my PR #181 onto the latest base - In case you want to rebase the additional commits that were added here and retain the gpg signature of the original commit.
