Migrated from: clockworklabs/Blackholio#29

Adds a Godot client

Expected complexity level and risk

1 out of 5 (Trivial)

Testing

  • Run a local blackholio server
  • launch the Godot client in godot 4.4.1
  • press F5 (Play)

I think we should probably wait till the Godot SDK is more stable before we merge this in!
