as @fidencio added recently disableAll function this PR will be updated to only include and describe new flag after it will be released

@pawelpros, first of all, thanks for the contribution.

I need to think a little bit about this one as we'd get for free what you're doing here at the moment we bump to a new Kata Containers release, and Kata does release every month. Let me think a little bit.

@pawelpros, parts of this PR are still valid after #51 lands. So, I'll ask you to, later on, rebase atop of main and we can get the docs changes merged.
