PyTorch v2.9.1

This change updates the following components of the ml-containers/torch build:

  • torch 2.8.0 → 2.9.1
  • torchvision 0.23.0 → 0.24.1
  • torchaudio 2.8.0 → 2.9.1
  • NCCL 2.28.3-1 → 2.29.2-1
  • cuDNN 9.13.0.50-1 → 9.15.1.9-1
