The first commit is pretty much copy folder
simapp50->simapp53, updatesimapp53/envwith the new Docker image and then run./generate_template.sh && ./generate_template_slow.shwhich re-generates the genesis file and other important entries in thesimapp53/templateandsimapp53/template_slowfolders.
