Raise minimum supported go version to 1.24, and: - update raft to v1.7.3 - update raft-boltdb/v2 to v2.3.1 - update raft-grpc-transport to v1.6.1 - update prometheus/client_golang to v1.23.2 - update prometheus/common to v0.67.5 - update grpc to v1.78.0 - update protobuf to v1.36.11 - update bbolt to v1.4.3 - migrate genproto to split googleapis/rpc module - update misc vendored dependencies Update pre-commit hooks to exclude vendor directory from codespell, clang-format, gofmt, isort, flake8, and pylint.
