Description
Previously the tabular filters used an independent registry implementation – this change converts these filters to use the registry implementation from anemoi-utils instead.
Note: the tabular filters are still in a separate instance of the registry, so they do not clash with the gridded/field filters (and still cannot be called from anemoi-datasets).
As a contributor to the Anemoi framework, please ensure that your changes include unit tests, updates to any affected dependencies and documentation, and have been tested in a parallel setting (i.e., with multiple GPUs). As a reviewer, you are also responsible for verifying these aspects and requesting changes if they are not adequately addressed.
