Builds on the work in #780

This PR refines the release notes section in the navigation.yml file. I copied over the structure @KOTungseth provided. A few notes:

  • The current proposed structure is missing several products / repos including:
    • APM Android agent (apm-agent-android)
    • APM Java agent (apm-agent-java)
    • APM Node.js agent (apm-agent-nodejs)
    • APM PHP agent (apm-agent-php)
    • APM Python agent (apm-agent-python)
    • Elastic APM AWS Lambda extension (apm-aws-lambda)
    • ECS (ecs)
    • Elasticsearch Hadoop (elasticsearch-hadoop)
    • Elasticsearch .NET Client (elasticsearch-net)
    • Elasticsearch Ruby client (elasticsearch-ruby)
  • Should we consider aligning the path_prefix pattern with that of the reference section? @lcawl spent some time reviewing and cleaning up those path_prefixes and the result is in Update navigation.yml #780.

Moving to draft. Let's move forward in #845 until @KOTungseth gets back.
