You can also remove saving height and width. Gala saves and restores that too i can edit your PR and add a commit for that if you want |

@teamcons please don't forget that our applications can run on other desktop enviroments that may not have the same mechanism for saving window size |

Gala handles window positioning these days. You can't set window position yourself in Wayland or GTK4
