chore: remove sleep from wrmsr test

Remove the sleep as the issue doesn't happen anymore.

Reason

Closes #3453

Testing

I ran this in my own cpu template pipeline 5 times successfully.
I've also run it for a few hours on an m6a/6.1 with one snapshot and 10 restores with no failures
