Finally got shadows and meshes working. This is using vsg for rendering and imgui + implot for gui

Working on a VulkanSceneGraph renderer for MuJoCo. Things are slowly starting to work. The nice thing with this renderer is that it is a lot faster than the OpenGL rendering in the
simulateappmujoco.mov
