Having trouble installing MuJoCo

Tried following these instructions for installing MuJoCo, but got a message saying "Access is denied" when doing the "checking installation" steps. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

I attached the instructions I was referencing and a screenshot showing the message I was getting.

Just go to the folder as specified by the path then run nmake. On windows, the command is nmake not make.
