What does this change?
In NoBoosts AB test, render boosted non-splash cards as non-boosted in Flexible General containers on the UK network front.
A 0% test has been created in frontend in this PR.
Why?
We anticipate that removing boosts on mobile will have a positive impact on click-through rate.
