The tabs component of the new football match header design (#14901). Note that this does not yet include "live" styles.
The number of tabs can vary. There should always be at least one, because we should always be able to provide an "info" page for any match we have data for. There may also be a liveblog or deadblog, in which case the "live" tab will be present, and there may also be a match report, in which case the "report" tab will be present.
