Code Review

This pull request adds Traditional Chinese (zh_TW) localizations. The changes include updating the zh_TW.json file with new translations and adding an entry for the new language in the README.md. The translations are mostly good, but I've pointed out a couple of areas for improvement in zh_TW.json: one regarding the use of correct punctuation for Chinese, and another to better differentiate between singular and plural forms to avoid potential UI ambiguity. The update to README.md looks good.
