🛠️ Description
This PR is used to test the "carbonization" of the HDS components and the UI of the consumer applications.
IMPORTANT: the work you see is still in super-early-stages, to test the HDS pipeline and its usage in the consumer codebases, so the code is to be considered a work-in-progress.
It is built using the RC/Release Candidate packages published by the PR hashicorp/design-system#3332
