Small PR to cherry-pick from #3237 a change to the generation of CSS typography helpers for font-weight

🛠️ Detailed description

In this PR I have:

• updated the generateTypographyHelpers script to output aliases instead of values for the font-weight CSS helpers
• re-generated the design tokens CSS helpers
