You need a running elastic search while elasticsearch is named as a prerequisite the how is not documented resulting in a failing `sbt test` due to a missing elasticsearch.

When I was following the instruction in the readme I had some problems, I tried to clarify the elasticsearch steps, adjusted the formating for file and code references, fix the broken link and updated the datetime format for oai updates.
