What does this PR do?
This PR is for the documentation of xDiT, which is an inference engine designed for the parallel deployment of DiTs on large scale. xDiT provides a suite of efficient parallel approaches for Diffusion Models, as well as GPU kernel accelerations. The doc includes the instructions for installing and using xDiT, along with a comparison overview with SD-3, Flux.1, etc.
