feat(cat-gateway): Modify v2/document/index request document reference properties

Description

Replaced mistakenly remained brand, campaign and category properties with doc_parameters property in the DocumentIndexQueryFilterV2 request type.
Replaced IdAndVerRefDocumentedList with the just IdAndVerRefDocumented.
