Approving this one first so we can regenerate https://istio.io/v1.26/docs/ and check we have a working archive header (we do not currently).
@istio/wg-docs-maintainers I think we should hold off the other cherry picks until @Ajay-singh1 has a good PR against release-1.27 which adds the archive docs for 1.26.
