- Download FrameCut.exe
- Run the installer
- Launch FrameCut
- Click "Select Area" → Drag to choose recording region
- Choose settings → Resolution, quality, FPS
- Set save location → Click "Save To" button
- Start Recording → Click the blue "Start" button
- Stop Recording → Click "Stop Recording" button when done
