Just in case lib needs to be rebuilt. It doesn't hurt anything to call it because build_wdc_lib knows if it needs to rebuild or not and will skip rebuilding if it doesn't need to.
Finding a few memory leaks.
Fixed another memory leak, got rid of free_bookmarks() because I can just use nob_da_free(). Turned address sanitizer back off because I don't know how to fix the last two memory leaks.
