- Add PrecompileTools.jl as a dependency - Add @setup_workload/@compile_workload block that precompiles: - Algorithm struct instantiations (ode23, ode45, etc.) - buildDEStats function with typical MATLAB stats dictionaries This precompiles the lightweight Julia parts of the package.
