This PR contains a number of fixes/updates which bring the repository back in synchronization with the fp32-fsw-xmera repository. The first two commits update the CI workflow to point to the correct fp32-fsw-xmera and lasp/eigen dependency repositories. Subsequent commits update the sunSearch, ephemNavConverter, sunlineEphem, inertial3D, navAggregate, and attitudeTrackerError algorithm components. The stepperMotorController component is removed for now as it's corresponding fp32 algorithm is not read for integration. Finally, the bodyRateMiscompare component is added.
