Fix: Remove unnecessary whitespace in Advanced Istio page

Description
This PR updates the scroll-based terminal animation logic in the Meshery terminal section to work accurately with reduced vertical spacing (150px) between sections. The breakpoints and animation padding have been recalibrated to ensure that the terminal output animates line-by-line as the user scrolls, providing a smoother and more responsive experience for the "Install", "Patterns", and "Performance" steps.

This PR fixes #6687

Notes for Reviewers

1. The scroll-based terminal animation logic is now tuned for 150px vertical spacing between sections.
2. Breakpoints and animation padding have been updated for smoother, more compact animation.
3. Please check that the terminal output animates line-by-line as you scroll, with reduced space between sections.
