This is basically a duplicate of Issue #7. The enhancement is originally mine from here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/trickle/+bug/364986
I've cleaned up my code a bit (well, eliminated the duplication anyway), and updated the documentation to include the schedule syntax.
