Purpose

Added explicit pass statements to every abstract method within DatabaseBase to maintain consistency and clarity in the abstract class definition.

Ensures all methods follow a uniform structure for better readability and easier future maintenance.

No behavioral or functional changes were introduced.

Improves code clarity for contributors implementing concrete subclasses later.
