This cleans up a lot of issues, introduces a build pipeline and brings the overall quality / error handling up to standard.

v0.6 - Support for SMA Energy Meter 1.0

This adds support for SMA Energy meters in addition to Sunny Home Manager 2.0.

v0.5 - Updates for GUI V2.0

This update fixes some minor bugs and completely re-does the dbus handling. This makes the GUI v2.0 work correctly and it now shows a gridmeter with associated values

v0.4 - Minor bugfixes, multimeter support

This allows now support for ignoring irrelevant meters by serial number, as well as an improved install script.

v0.3 - Bugfix for SHM FW Version 2.07.5.R and later

This release resolves an issue introduced in SMA Home Manager 2.07.5.R where occasional spikes in energy are reported or invalid readings of the meter are passed on to dbus.

Minor changes

This includes some updates to the readme to make it more clear on how to get and build this, as well as fixes the godbus issue identified by ricott.
