I think I know what's going on, I noticed the preview badge on the issues page and then noticed that I have this feature flag in gh user settings that I got opt in to automatically:
If I disable it, I can see the old issue page that respects the config |

I wanted to see if touching the config (in this case adding a new line at the end of the file) would trigger some workflow at GitHub 🤞
