Fixes:

• Previously Twitch Mystery Sub Gift when set to donator would trigger for both the donator and for each of the recipients. Now it will only trigger for the donator as intended.
• The testing feature for Twitch Mystery Sub Gift would create a bad twitch sub type and this would make the test event only trigger some of the expected effects,

Minors:

• Inaccuracies around the shared ACTIONs logged in TODO list, but not fixed.
• Event Definitions file comments expanded slightly to add clarification.
• Typo's in readme corrected.
• Recorded that there is a typo in the "twitchMysterSubGiftMode" setting. This typo is throughout the code and configs, so not resolved, but noted in readme for now.

Update from v0.1.1 to handle:

• Some changes to Twitch API around removal of gifter name.
• Twitch doesn't always send through currency details any more, they seem to be in USD more often now.
• Patreon API found to not include any currency and NOT convert to USD either. Automatic handling of this is now questionable.

This integration is only lightly supported these days.
