Resolved cmdstanr reference warning by making all references to cmdstanr indirect. This is a workaround for compatibility with Bioconductor. Bioconductor does not allow packages not available through Bioconductor or CRAN (such as cmdstanr) to be referenced in Suggests, so all references must be made indirect.
