When I run this command on macOS, then the source file is truncated to zero byte content.
cat Sources/SwiftNextcloudUI/Localizable.xcstrings | jq '. | del(.strings .[] .localizations .de)' | sed 's/"de_DE": {/"de": {/' > Sources/SwiftNextcloudUI/Localizable.xcstringsRemoving the last part and letting it print to stdout works. I assume this is because of minor differences between GNU and BSD command line utilities.

Also happened online, so reverting the image for now: Seems you can not pipe into a file you are reading. So we need to pipe to a temp file and afterwards rename |
