Add French translation
This pull request adds a French (fr.ts) locale file for the Dreame Vacuum Map Card.
The file contains translated interface labels and messages to improve usability for French-speaking users.

Notes
The translations were created based on the existing locale structure and terminology from the Dreamehome app.
