Support all resize types in kp model

What does this PR do?

• Add support of 2 fit to window resize modes
• Re-consider how kp scores are calculated: now visibility score is computed instead

Issues: OV 2025. gives incorrect result when running inference on raw KP model in cpp. We don't use raw models in cpp directly. To be double-checked after OV 2025.1 release
