This PR improves the formatting consistency in the tools documentation by standardizing the list item
format.

Changes made:

  • Updated list formatting in the "Output extraction" section from -- prefixes to proper - (dash with 3
    spaces) format
  • Updated list formatting in the "Enabling/disabling tools" section from -- prefixes to proper - format
  • These changes ensure consistent markdown formatting throughout the document
