refactor: make kv tag cache logs more correct / less verbose

Before this PR, calling hasBeenRevalidated would log:

  (log) [KVNextModeTagCache]  getLastRevalidated tags=_N_T_/layout,_N_T_/[locale]/layout,_N_T_/[locale]/(default)/layout,_N_T_/[locale]/(default)/page,_N_T_/ -> time=0
  (log) [KVNextModeTagCache]  hasBeenRevalidated tags=_N_T_/layout,_N_T_/[locale]/layout,_N_T_/[locale]/(default)/layout,_N_T_/[locale]/(default)/page,_N_T_/ lastModified=1759315066989 -> false

now it only logs

  (log) [KVNextModeTagCache]  hasBeenRevalidated tags=_N_T_/layout,_N_T_/[locale]/layout,_N_T_/[locale]/(default)/layout,_N_T_/[locale]/(default)/page,_N_T_/ lastModified=1759315066989 -> false

as hasBeenRevalidated (and getLastRevalidated) now calls #getLastRevalidated which does not log.
