Fix #5959 Profiles Flicker issue

Explanation

• "Fixes [BUG]: Profile colors and positions change when selecting a profile in the Profile screen #5959 " in the explanation so that GitHub can auto-close the issue
• Uses DiffUtil to update only changed items and reduce UI flicker.
• Skipped diff calculation on initial load to keep startup fast.
• when this PR is merged - Cleaner and Smoother UI transitions during Profile Selection
