The meat and potatoes here is all in commit #2 - would want to merge this after the other two PRs.

Attachment treatment would need sign-off from Kayla - I am making assumptions here. I put all the components I adjusted in the default message in the demo.

Added styles so components behave well on primary ChatBot background color (white). The specific components are the attachment label, table, loading indicator, and inline code block.
