Changed subroutines:

DeploymentSubroutine:
  • finalizer removes FluxCD resources: HelmRelease and Resource
ProvidersecretSubroutine:
  • secrets are created in the same namespace as the PlatformMesh resource
  • sets OwnerReferences in created secrets
platformmesh_controller:
