Fix broken Hemi mainnet explorer URL in the EVM contract addresses documentation. The current URL
https://explorer-b81c3bd8.hemi.xyzreturns errors, preventing users from viewing the Pyth contract details on Hemi mainnet. This updates it to the working domainhttps://explorer.hemi.xyz.Type of Change
