Motivation Due to the yocto cache mechanism, after modifying the files in the qirp sdk, yocto still uses the original files for generating the sdk. Impact When modifying the files involved in this commit concent, the do_generate_qirp_sdk task will be triggered again. This will ensure that the conents of the qirp sdk files are up-to-date.
