Temporarely skip generation of robot-log-visualizer conda package

This is working fine, but the new robot-log-visualizer version was released (see https://github.com/ami-iit/robot-log-visualizer/releases/tag/v0.13.0), so probably we can open a new PR to package the robot-log-visualizer 0.13.0 with updated dependencies.

#1925 is not sufficient to fix the conda package generation for robot-log-visualizer, that is currently blocked on #1925 (or migration to qt6, but as far as I remember that were other blocked on the conda-forge side for that). So I think we can merge this to unblock the situation, at least for all other packages in the robotology-channel.
