Summary
This updates the translations needed for our next release. There are two ways to update translations.

• You can add suggestions for each translated string. click here for more information on adding suggestions.
• You can update translations using one of the csvs below by editing the file and re-attaching it to this pull request

There's one translation here that may look a bit confusing: {basename}_Copy{number}{ext}. This is used to represent sas notebook files when there is more than one file with a similar name. So we may end up with...

- newNotebook.sasnb
- newNotebook_Copy1.sasnb

This translation is used to assign file names
