Summary

run spi_esp32_configure() for every transaction so half-duplex/SIO transfers restore the expected user and clock register state before each exchange

Testing

west build -b m5stack_cores3/esp32s3/procpu samples/boards/espressif/m5stack_cores3_spi_lcd_raw --pristine -- -DZEPHYR_EXTRA_MODULES=/workspace/modules/hal/espressif (fails: west executable is unavailable in this environment)
