#### Problem The Makefile model works, but the single-pool repo is still using package.json commands. #### Summary of changes Similar to a few other repos: * Remove the old commands in package.json * Remove the old setup script * Replace all workflows with the reusable versions * Update tracing-subscriber for audit issue * Remove test-sbf feature * Fix spelling mistakes * Fix a clippy failure exposed from removing test-sbf
